Things to know when printing on clothing:

We work on a 5% misprint basis with any printed clothing order. When we quote you, we are quoting you on your job with a 5% misprint chance, and we are not liable for any misprints that fall within our 5% policy. This means that you may not receive 100% of the garments ordered. If you require a specific quantity of garments, we recommend adding on 5% extra to ensure your order quantity is fulfilled, but please make us aware of this when ordering.

We recommend printing on garments that have 80-100% cotton in them to ensure a good quality print when using the methods of Screen Printing or DTG. If you would like to print on a specific garment with less than the advised amount of cotton in, there is a higher risk of misprints, and we will not be liable for them if they do occur.

We order clothing from our suppliers as per your order. If you are particular about a specific garment type, material, or colour, we strongly suggest you requesting a sample from us beforehand. If you are not happy with the garment's quality when you receive your order, we are not responsible for reprinting, reordering, or refunding you for these items.

Different brands provide a different type of quality of material. We generally suggest using AS Colour garments, but we can offer a wide range of brands. Please be aware that some brands use shorter strands of cotton, meaning that there may be more fibres on certain brands, garments, and/or batches. If these fibres interfere with the quality of print, these will be counted as misprints.

We order garments from our suppliers and they have delivery charges of £4.80-£8.95 for orders under £150. Normally, we don't have to relay this charge on to our customers because we order more than the minimum amount frequently, but if a customer puts through a small quantity order and we have not had any other clothing orders come through, they may be responsible for this payment. This is all subject to customer's deadlines and urgency for the order, and this is not a compulsory charge.
